Maxwell was founded by a group of determined problem solvers. We are obsessed with creating better workplaces for healthcare workers, and unlocking human potential.
We believe work is good and an essential component of a fulfilling life. However we have seen first hand how the expectations of life-work can quickly leave you feeling like you are running on a treadmill. If you are working in healthcare the problem is being more acute. We are determined to fix this because humanity is facing big problems (including a healthcare provider shortage) and it will take our collective human talents to solve them.
Our founders have lead People & Culture functions, pioneered better workplaces practices before they were cool like remote work and Inclusion & Diversity, love the healthcare space deeply and believe as the modern Hippocratic Oath states “that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug.”
