Great question! There are 3 primary ways to use your hard-earned budget.

1. The Maxwell Card.

This is a dynamic Visa card that can be spent at approved merchants.

2. The Maxwell Marketplace.

Here you can find a curated list of perks and benefits. Think perks that you often see those fancy tech companies offer. (You deserve to be fancy.)

3. Regalos.

Meaning gifts in Spanish, Regalos is the peer-to-peer giving section where you can send thank you's, kudos, and random acts of kindness to your teams. Think Venmo for caring for your teammates.

People use their budget on a wide variety on things! The best part is that Maxwell members use it on whatever makes sense for them. A few examples are:

• Coffee (it’s love, not an addiction)

• Lunch. Either with DoorDash or in-person.

• Why not a new bike?

• Groceries because we know it’s pricey

• Gas (you got places to be!)

• Date night!

• Send Regalos to a coworker

For most employees, funds are added to your budget on the 1st of each month. Unused budget rolls over into the next month. However, at the end of each year, your entire Maxwell Card budget resets. So, make sure to use it before January 1st!
